Chili Pepper Lemon Honey Glazed Chicken

INGREDIENTS

4 lbs roasting chicken 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup honey 3 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Salt and pepper inside cavity. Place chicken in pan. Set aside.
  3. In saucepan, whisk together lemon juice, honey and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce.
  4. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour sauce over top of chicken.
  6. Bake until done, about 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
  7. Serve.
