The Sweet Red Chili Sauce used in this dish gives the chicken a beautiful glaze.
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil 3 cloves garlic, crushed 3 lemon grass hearts, minced 1/4 cup Sweet Red Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce 1 medium onion, chopped 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips 2 scallions, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In large fry pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic, lemon grass hearts, Sweet Red Chili Sauce, Fish Sauce and onion. Sauté for 3 minutes to make a glaze.
- Add chicken and scallions. Cook until chicken is done, about 10 minutes.
