Garlic Chili Pepper Tomato Salsa
2 1/2 cups

Total time: 45 minutes
5 ripe plum tomatoes, diced 2 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 scallion (green onions), chopped 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil*
*Can substitute cilantro for basil
- In small bowl, add plum tomatoes, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, salt, scallions and basil.
- Mix all together well. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
