Thai Spicy Ginger Dressing
Fresh ginger and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce give this Thai dressing an extra kick. It’s especially good on green salads and broccoli slaw.

Total time: 12-16 minutes
- 1 cup A Taste of Thai Coconut Milk, divided
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Add 1/2 cup Coconut Milk, oil, ginger and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add remaining 1/2 cup coconut milk and salt. Blend until mixed.
- Pour mixture into saucepan and bring to a boil over a medium-high heat.
- Stirring, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes. Chill and serve.
