Tomato Basil Curry Sauce
2 cups
1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste 1 medium tomato, diced 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 1-13.5 oz can Lite Coconut Milk
- In saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat.
- Sauté Red Curry Paste in oil for 1 minute.
- Add tomato and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add Lite Coconut Milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in basil and serve.
