Red Curry Noodles Quick Meal with Pork
1-2 servings
4 minutes cooking time
1 minute resting time
1-5.75 oz box Red Curry Noodles Quick Meal
1/2 cup cooked, chopped pork
2-3 tablespoons chopped scallions
Optional:
Chopped peanuts
- Microwave according to box instructions. Stir in pork and scallions at the end of step three.
- Microwave for one minute more. Close carton, let rest 1 minute. Sprinkle with peanuts if desired. Serve immediately.
- Add 1 cup water (or to fill line on inside of box) to saucepan.
- Add content of all envelopes.
- While stirring, bring to a boil. Simmer 4 minutes. Just before noodles are done, add pork and scallions. Stir gently, until heated through and noodles are tender.
Sprinkle with peanuts if desired. Serve immediately.
