Red Curry Sauce Recipe
Red Curry Paste is the most popular and basic Thai Curry. Its fresh red chilies, mixed with garlic, galanga, lemon grass and Kaffir lime make if extremely versatile for all meat, seafood, and soup dishes. It's also excellent in marinades and dips.

Directions
1. Pour Coconut Milk, regular or lite, into a saucepan. Over a high heat, whisk in Red Curry Paste. Add a dash of Fish Sauce or salt to taste.
2. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Reduce heat and cook 3-4 minutes or until thickened.
3. Note: Tightly wrap remaining curry paste and reseal in original packet. Refrigerate up to 3 months.
